Views Hierarchy

The DXGrid for Silverlight uses a view to display data from a bound data source. The image below shows the hierarchy of classes that represent views.

ViewsHierarchy

  • DataViewBase and GridViewBase

    Serve as a base for classes that represent views. These classes provide the basic functionality common to all types of view.

  • TableView

    Represents data in a tabular form.

  • CardView (is not available in v2011 vol 1)

    Represents data as cards.
