Double	A Double value that specifies the minimum value for the vertical axis.

Remarks

Use the MinCustomValue property to specify or obtain the minimum custom value for the vertical axis that should be shared across all sparklines in the specified sparkline group. Set the SparklineVerticalAxis.MinScaleType property to the SparklineAxisScaling.Custom value to indicate that the vertical axis uses custom scaling.
