Property Value

Type	Description
Boolean	True, if the formulas cannot be modified; otherwise, false.

Remarks

If the PreserveFormulas is set to true, an attempt to modify a cell value in a cell containing a formula results in an error. The WorksheetDataBindingCollection.Error event occurs. The error type is DataBindingErrorType.CannotModifyCellsWithFormulas.
