Remarks
Use the Layout property to get access to the PivotFieldLayout object, which allows you to adjust the layout of the row and column fields in the PivotTable report. In particular, you can show an outer row field in outline, compact or tabular form (PivotFieldLayout.Outline, PivotFieldLayout.Compact), insert a blank line after each item of an outer row field (PivotFieldLayout.InsertBlankRowAfterEachItem), specify the subtotal location for an outer row field (PivotFieldLayout.SubtotalOnTop), repeat item labels for an outer row or column field (PivotFieldLayout.RepeatItemLabels), or display items that have no data in the report (PivotFieldLayout.ShowItemsWithNoData).
