Remarks

The Modified property allows you to specify one of the predefined document properties, a full set of which is available using the IWorkbook.DocumentProperties property. To specify the custom document properties, use the DocumentProperties.Custom property.

By default, the Modified property is updated automatically to the local date and time when the document was last modified and saved.
