Remarks

The Reference property value is always a reference to a single cell, since notes can only be associated with an individual cell. Even if you create a note by the CommentCollection.Add method call with the cell range passed as a parameter, the comment is added to the top-left cell of this range.

Note that the Reference property returns an absolute cell reference.
