Open DevExpress Documentation from Visual Studio

If you have a DevExpress .NET product installed, you can use the “F1” key in Visual Studio to open the DevExpress online documentation from the Visual Studio IDE.

How it Works?

  • Open a project that uses DevExpress API in Visual Studio.

  • Place the cursor in a DevExpress API member (property, field, method, etc).

  • Press F1

If you use Microsoft Help Viewer to view documentation installed on your computer, set Visual Studio’s Help Preference to ‘Launch in Browser’ to open the DevExpress online documentation. Set to Launch in Browser
