Remarks

Use the HtmlExportOptionsBase.PageBorderColor and PageBorderWidth properties to specify the appearance of page borders when a document is exported to HTML. Note that these properties are in effect only if the HtmlExportOptionsBase.ExportMode property is equal to either HtmlExportMode.SingleFilePageByPage or HtmlExportMode.DifferentFiles values.
