Remarks
If the PrintFilterHeaders property is set to the DefaultBoolean.True value, the headers of filer fields are printed regardless of their actual visibility within the pivot grid (i.e. regardless of the PivotGridOptionsViewBase.ShowFilterHeaders property’s value).
