Single	0	A Single value that specifies the absolute start value of the range.

Remarks

To specify the end value, use the BaseRange.EndValue property.

For ScaleRange objects and their descendants, you can specify bounds for a range as percentages, rather than in absolute values. This can be accomplished via the ScaleRange.StartPercent and ScaleRange.EndPercent properties.
