This property is obsolete now. Use the Diagram.PaneLayout.RowDefinitions or Diagram.PaneLayout.ColumnDefinitions property to specify the pane's Pixel Size. Refer to the http://docs.devexpress.com/WindowsForms/5881 page for more information about the new layout system.

Gets or sets the size (in pixels) of the XYDiagramPaneBase, if the pane’s XYDiagramPaneBase.SizeMode property set to PaneSizeMode.UseSizeInPixels.
