FreePosition.DockTarget Property
Specifies the element (chart or pane), to which the annotation‘s shape is docked.

Remarks
Use the DockTarget and FreePosition.DockCorner properties to position an annotation within its parent element, if the Annotation.ShapePosition property is set to FreePosition.
