Boolean	true, to reverse the axis; otherwise, false.

Remarks

If the X Axis is reversed, its values are ordered from right to left.

AxisX.Reverse = False	AxisX.Reverse = True

If the Y Axis is reversed, its values are ordered from top to down.

AxisY.Reverse = False	AxisY.Reverse = True
