LayoutAllowEventHandler Delegate

A method that will handle events raised when upgrading a control’s layout, allowing you to cancel the upgrade (e.g. BaseView.BeforeLoadLayout, BarManager.BeforeLoadLayout, etc.).

Namespace: DevExpress.Utils

Assembly: DevExpress.Data.v20.2.dll

NuGet Packages: DevExpress.Data, DevExpress.WindowsDesktop.Data

Declaration

public delegate void LayoutAllowEventHandler(
    object sender,
    LayoutAllowEventArgs e
);

Parameters

Name Type Description
sender Object

The event sender.

e LayoutAllowEventArgs

A LayoutAllowEventArgs object that contains event data.

Remarks

When creating a LayoutAllowEventHandler delegate, you identify a method that will handle corresponding events. To associate an event with your event handler, add a delegate instance to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate. For more information on event handler delegates, see Events and Delegates in MSDN.
