Regular Expressions

The Regular Expressions section lists the regular expression aliases. Aliases are required to configure the Duplicate Line feature. The section contains the System and User options pages, which have the same structure.
The options page contains the following fields:
Field | Description |

The aliases list | Lists existing aliases. Use the New or Delete buttons at the bottom of the list to add a new alias, or delete an existing one. The properties of the selected alias are specified via other fields on the options page. |
Name | The name of the selected alias. |
Value | Use this field to specify the values corresponding to the current alias. You can include existing aliases as parts of the current one. The names of included aliases should be enclosed with % symbols. For example, %Alpha%. |
Comment | The current alias comment. |
Expansion | If the alias includes another aliases, this field contains their expanded values. Otherwise, the field value is the same as the Value field value. |
Tests | Use these fields to test the alias. If you type a string in the left text box, the value corresponding to the current alias will be shown in the right text box. |
