The Recent Files options page contains Recent Files options.
The options page includes the following options.
Maximum number of files to track
Specifies the maximum number of files listed in the Recent Files window. If the number of listed files is equal to the specified value, the oldest files are removed from the list when you open a new file that does not currently present in the list.
The default value is 500.
Default file extension for filter
Specifies the extension of files shown when you check the Filter checkbox without specifying filtering conditions. For instance, if you assign “res” to this option, the Recent Files window will list only files with the appropriate extension:
Note
When specifying an extension, do not use the ““ and “.” symbols. Type only the desired extension, for instance, “cs”. Use the ““ symbol only to assign the default value (all extensions).
Include missing files in list
If this option is enabled, the Recent Files list includes files that have been deleted or are not available.
Include network files in list
If this option is enabled, the Recent Files list includes files that are located in the network.
