|---|---|
| None | The selection of a chart element is disabled. |
| Single | Selects the only chart element.

| Multiple | Selects multiple chart elements.

| Extended | Selects multiple chart elements (while the SHIFT key is pressed) and selects/deselects chart elements (while the Ctrl key is pressed).
