Remarks

Use the DeferredUpdates property to specify the initial state of the ‘Defer Layout Update’ check box in the Customization extension. When the ‘Defer Layout Update’ check box is checked, dragging fields in the Customization extension does not immediately update the layout. In this instance, use the ‘Update’ button displayed in the Customization extension to update the pivot grid layout.
