MenuItem.ClientEnabled Property
Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the menu item is enabled on the client.
Namespace: DevExpress.Web
Assembly: DevExpress.Web.v18.2.dll
Declaration
[DefaultValue(true)]
public bool ClientEnabled { get; set; }
<DefaultValue(True)>
Public Property ClientEnabled As Boolean
Property Value
Type | Default | Description |
---|---|---|
Boolean | true |
true if the menu item is enabled; otherwise, false. |
Remarks
Use the ClientEnabled property to specify the menu item's initial ability to respond to end-user interactions (such as mouse hovering or clicks). An item's availability state, defined via this property, can then be dynamically changed on the client side using the ASPxClientMenuItem.SetEnabled method.
NOTE
The ClientEnabled property is not in effect if the item is disabled on the server side by using the server MenuItem.Enabled property.
