Remarks
The ColorBorderBottom property provides access to the settings that define the width, style, and color values for the bottom border of the color table cell.
In order to define border settings for all four sides at the same time, use the ColorTableCellStyle.ColorBorder property. Note that border settings which are set by using the ColorBorderBottom property override the corresponding settings defined via the ColorTableCellStyle.ColorBorder property.
