Remarks

The visibility of an item (a pane object) is controlled by two interrelated properties: the SplitterPane.Visible and SplitterPane.VisibleIndex. At that, the SplitterPane.VisibleIndex property specifies the precise visible position of a pane within its parent pane.

The GetVisibleItem method obtains an item specified by the value of its SplitterPane.VisibleIndex property.
