Remarks
By default, the RenderIFrameForPopupElements property is set to DefaultBoolean.Default, which means that this feature is not initially in effect for all browsers, except Internet Explorer 6 (in IE6 this feature is enabled by default).
Set the RenderIFrameForPopupElements property to DefaultBoolean.True, to render a specific underlayer iframe below a control window (popup windows for ASPxPopupControl), when they’re invoked, in order to display them above any Java applets contained within the web page.
