Remarks

The ThumbnailUrlField property is in effect if an image slider is bound to a data source.

Use the ThumbnailUrlField property to specify the bound data source’s data field (or an xml element’s attribute) which stores locations of item thumbnail images that should be displayed within a navigation bar. The ThumbnailUrlField property maps the ImageSliderItem.ThumbnailUrl properties of item objects to the specified data field’s values.

If the ThumbnailUrlField property of a data bound image slider is not defined, the control can automatically obtain item thumbnail image locations from a data field that is named “ThumbnailUrl”. You can also use the ASPxImageSlider.ItemDataBound property to manipulate a control item’s settings as required.
